Silver Falls

There have been a few things Jeremy and I have wanted to see that are within an hour of where we live and seeing Silver Falls is one of them. We went with our good friends John and Sarah Sowell this past Sunday and had a blast getting blasted going under the several different waterfalls. Since this is early spring the water flow was a tremendous amount.

I have a hard time taking pictures when Jeremy and I go out because he knows all the techniques of how to take a better picture and then can edit it to make it look even better. Shocking

Last Monday Jeremy and I helped our mentors from our Young Marrieds Sunday School class put up an electric fence in their yard. Jeremy came up with the novel idea and we learned as we went. The fence is to keep deer from the delectable roses bushes. So if any of you need help putting up an electric fence you know who to call.

House Preparation

Jeremy and I are looking forward to very soon looking for a house. We are planning to buy a fixer-upper home we can put some work into. We are following in the footsteps of some friends of ours and were able to help with some of their first home improvement projects. We all had a blast ripping paint and wallpaper off the walls. Pray with us as we journey into some unknown waters of buying and fixing up a home. Here are some pictures of our day with the Longs helping them in their new home.
